Are casino parties legal?
Yes. It's all in fun, with no "REAL" gambling involved. Guests wager with funny money and have a chance to win prizes based on their winnings. Guests of any age are allowed to play.
How long does a typical casino party last?
All of our pricing is based on 3 hours of actual casino time. Addtional hours are available at a pro rated cost.
How much space do I need?
Blackjack = 6 feet x 3 1/2 feet and require approximately 70 square feet
Holdem Poker = 7 feet x 3 1/2 feet and require approximately 70 square feet
Roulette = 7 feet x 4 feet and require approximately 90 square feet
Small Craps = 8 feet x 4 feet and require approximately 90 square feet
Large Craps = 12 feet x 4 feet and require approximately 120 square feet
How many casino tables will I need for my event?
We normally recommend 60%-65% table coverage versus the number of guests. Example: If you have a guest list of 100 you should have enough spots for 60-65 players at any give time.
Blackjack = 7 playing spots
Holdem Poker = 8 playing spots
Roulette = 8 playing spots
Mini Craps = 8-10 playing spots
Large Craps = 12-14 playing spots
How long have you been in business and are you insured?
On the Go Casino® has been providing exciting casino entertainment since 1999 and is one of the most experienced casino party companies in the southwest. We carry general liability insurance of $2 million and certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Are chairs for the casino gaming tables?
No. All tables except Texas Hold'em are designed as standup. Normally the venue supplies chairs for the hold'em tables.
Do we need to tip the dealers?
Gratuities are not included in the pricing but tips are very much appreciated.
When do you deliver, set up, breakdown and
remove your casino equipment?
Set up will be complete 1 hour prior to the start of the casino (specials set up immediately prior to casino start).Tear down of equipment immediatley after close of casino, Early setup and late tear down available for addtional charge with prior arrangements.
